Your entries, goals, habits, and other life data are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to power the Life Coach, daily planning, and voice command features. Your account data and life management data are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Learn more at supabase.com/privacy.

Voice transcription is powered by Groq's API. Audio recordings are processed for transcription and are not permanently stored by Groq. Learn more at groq.com/privacy.

My Life OS is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
When you use voice commands the App records audio on your device, sends it to Groq's transcription service to convert speech to text, and then discards the audio recording. We do not permanently store voice recordings. The transcribed text may be sent to Claude AI for processing as part of a command or coaching interaction.
Responses generated by the AI Life Coach are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice — financial, legal, medical, psychological, or otherwise. Always consult a qualified professional for important life decisions.
